As educators we have to operate under the premise of diversity in our schools. Our classrooms will always be rich tapestries of different abilities, backgrounds, learning styles, and needs, making inclusion and differentiation not just educational strategies, but fundamental necessities in modern education. The diverse nature of our student population demands that we move beyond the one-size-fits-all approach to embrace teaching methods that acknowledge and celebrate these differences while ensuring every student has access to quality education.
